Obsession

That’s the title of my newest novel, by the way. Remember way back in July when I said I had some good news I couldn’t wait to share? Well, this is it! As most of you probably figured out, I’ll be releasing my first full-length novel, Obsession, with NineStar Press next month. *Confetti shower*

This is a story I’ve wanted to write for a long time. I think since 2010. But because of the dark subject matter, I refrained from giving it the attention it deserved. At the time, I wanted to integrate myself into the Romance category, and this was certainly not romance. I mean there’s a lot of bad stuff going on.

You’ll see.

Obsession never ceased to stop nagging me until I finally gave in and wrote it. And I’m really glad I did. And I’m really glad I found a home for it, because the aforementioned dark, violent content got my baby rejected a few times before NineStar Press said, “YES!” *Slips ring onto NSP’s finger. ‘Til death do we part.*

The team at NSP has been a dream to work with so far, but what I absolutely want to discuss first is the cover.

Oh. My. Goodness. The cover. NSP has some beautiful covers, thanks in large part to their resident designer, Natasha (Seriously, go to www.ninestarpress.com and check them out). The cover for Obsession is no exception. My dear brother #1 even said the cover reminded him of Sin City, the movie, which is monumental praise. It’s dark. It’s gritty. It’s bold.

And… I’ll be revealing it this weekend to all of my lovely newsletter subscribers!

So if you haven’t subscribed yet, it’s not too late to do so. You can sign up here, if you want, of course, and be one of the first ones to receive early peeks at covers, excerpts, special content, be entered into giveaways, and much more. Plus, if you sign up, it’d really make me happy!

Until next time,

Theophilia
